The Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care – Level 2 Course is designed for those who are interested in working in Adult Social Care or those who want to learn more about this sector. It equips learners with the supporting knowledge and understanding of the sector and the roles within it. This qualification develops the basic knowledge needed and details the role of the social care worker, safeguarding, communication, diversity, equality and inclusion, and personal development.
